• Being a novice and utterly useless I had a bit of trouble installing the add-on which I bought – I reached out to the help desk for support and got an immediate response, two or three emails later I think they’d established that I was in fact a muppet, so they very helpfully stepped in and did it for me. Can’t fault the service, thank you so much 🙂
