# Support

 * I previously asked for help with an issue and no one responded, so I asked again.
   This second request for help was closed. If I can’t find an answer for a question,
   is there any other way to find support? Please advise.

 * Double posts, usually, get deleted without warning. Today I was nice and I told
   you not to double post, while closing the second thread.
 * After a day without response it is reasonable to “bump” your own original post,
   by adding some new information and repeating your request for support. However,
   a new topic about the same is considered a “no-no”…
