 * Why is the support for the fantastic plugin so scarce? The plugin is great but
   the support is just.. wow.
 * Anyways, I’m a premium user and everytime I login it doesn’t me access to the
   premium support section so I am forced to come here.
 * How do I have email address and phone numbers displayed on the reports for ORDERS?
