    I have been having difficulty with the Master study theme and requested a refund as I am closing down the site due to the frustration of using this theme. I have spent weeks fighting with the plugin and now the theme. Support’s response was on March 27, ” Kindly please be aware that we have 18,478 sales of the theme and we received the request about the issue with page edition and image displaying form you only.” So am I the only stupid person to have difficulty with this theme?

    I have spent the past two weeks trying to get the person to look at my site. I have given them privileged access through my security system and they insist I turn it off so they can work on it. NO. I do not want my site hacked and used for other nefarious activities.

    All I want is a refund and shut this site down.

    @maystylemixthemes What are you doing? Send @crossborderseminars to your site.

    You cannot support customers on this site. No one is allowed to do that.

    @crossborderseminars The developer made a mistake and can get into real trouble for supporting customers on this site.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
