 * We are a paid customer for the pro version and you are not responding to any 
   of our tickets – three in the last week.
 * The subject for the ticket is – Admin email not working.

 * I’m sorry, but here’s the problem: the author cannot support customers in these
   forums. They’re not allowed to here and could get into trouble if they do that.
 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their
   site.

 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products).
   As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you 
   there.

 * Hi Jan.
 * And there lies an even bigger problem. Purchasing software that has doesn’t work
   as it’s designed, and the not being able to get support on said software.
 * I understand that I can’t get support in these forums. I just hope these posts
   spark a reaction from the developers.
