support and refund

can someone contact me, please. Jetpack is a classic example of a company that has no support and makes things impossible to find, i was re-routed twenty times when trying to sign up, I was told I needed this plan then that plan all for the videopress which then out of thin air appears as a separate subscription which is what i wanted in the first place. I would simply like a refund
