# Support Beyond Expectations

 * I bought this plugin for a new project I was working on and it’s the first one
   that requires paid subscription. The features I needed fits the plugin very well,
   the settings are detailed enough to set what I need it to do but not too overwhelming
   for a novice like me. The setup runs smooth, I did contact the support team for
   some clarifications on what certain setting are for and they were kind enough
   the guide me. Everything went well.
 * A few days later the project owner tested the website and saw what Paid Membership
   Subscription can do, now he wanted to utilise more features some were easy to
   implement some are beyond my skill level which put a lot of pressure on my end.
 * Contacted the support team to explain what are the new functionalities I needed
   for new business model. I think they also realise that I am code challenge ;).
   They custom code a few features for me and guided me though how to install certain
   code step by step and the email exchange was almost real time which was calming
   and reassuring. The support was incredible beyond what I had expected.
 * I give a shout out to Georgian Cocora for his time and patience, appreciated 
   his clear communication style, his prompt replies to my queries and for helping
   me understand how the plugin works in a deeper level.
 * Now I am preparing the use Paid Subscription Membership on another project 😉
