 * customer chat plugin may not work on safari 12 browser
 * Support for Safari 12 has been **temporarily **disabled.

 * if anti-tracking tools installed on browser, it may block customer chat.
 * for the temporarily problem, we plan to create a temporarily solution.
    We are
   planning to add a button, image where ever messenger is not loading. so that 
   when user clicks on image, button, messenger ( app, web page ) will open in a
   new tab.

 * Now in Version 3.5,
    Alternate support added for Safari 12.
 * “Message Us” button will load on Safari 12.

 * this is temporary features, once [customer chat plugin](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/discovery/customer-chat-plugin)
   supports on safari 12, we will update the plugin and remove the feature, or you
   can enable/disable “Message Us” for Safari 12 from plugin settings
