# Support does not exist

 * I have been going back and forth with support about a simple issue they disregard
   and fail to correct. Getting support takes days for each response.
 * The plugin slows down the site immensely, while it does get better if you disable
   some widgets.. it is still bloated.
 * The plugin has a lot of cool features but the slow speed and lack of support 
   bring the rating down to 1/5. You can get the same features from other add on
   plugins with significantly better support options and better code as a whole.
 * EDIT 2022/10/14 – the issues just keep getting worse.
 * The support is garbage and just tells you the issue doesn’t occur on their end,
   offers no input otherwise and no assistance.
 * Save yourself some money and go with a better plugin.
