As the plugin details clearly state the plugin has not been “officially” tested with WordPress 6. However, I have rolled out and tested successfully WordPress 6 with the latest version of the plugin on at least 10 sites and there doesn’t appear to be any issues.
Have you tested in a non-Production environment with only WordPress 6 and the latest version of the plugin active to confirm that it’s not another plugin that is actually causing the issue you are experiencing? Also, some more details into what errors you are seeing would also be required in order to determine what the cause might be.
Thank you, Tim. I had to save the permalinks again. It worked after that.
@aravindcm ah OK, I bet you are using the Alternative Redirect URI which relies on permalinks. Interesting that a WordPress upgrade caused this issue. I’ll have to make a note of this and determine if there is any way to mitigate this in the future. Perhaps putting in a hook that triggers on Core upgrades to force a permalink update if that option of the plugin is used.
