 * The current version of MyBookTable should fully support WordPress 4.5.3, even
   though it doesn’t explicitly say that right now. We will be releasing an update
   in a couple weeks that will bump the officially supported version up to 4.6.0,
   but there’s no need to wait for that, it will work right now.
