   be marked as “Resolved” if one (1) week passes without our support staff receiving
   a reply. If you’d like to re-open your ticket after one week you can comment 
   on it again or ask a new question.
 * Also, if you are experiencing the same problem as others who have asked a question
   before you, please make sure to browse through the replies as most of the time
   it will be the same solution. If not, please ask a new question since your system
   will be completely different from the other users and the source of the problem
   will probably be different too.
