    Hi there!

    I am on Professional plan. Several days ago I tried to contact you via Contact Us form on your website, but no reply. I check my email folders including spam folder. Is there any other way to contact you? Maybe you have your own support system?

    That’s weird, I have checked our support channel and is sure that there were no ageing tickets found. We also ensure that all tickets are handled on daily basis, but of course, except on weekends.

    @cherny thanks for the heads up btw. We did found an issue with our contact form after checking your claim. We also fixed that so you will get a response during the next 48 hours.
