    Update: After posting this the support team contacted me and they have fixed the issue. So thanks and i recommend this plugin.

    First, it made my website incredibly slow, and now the support no longer exists. I need to enter my license key, but it’s nowhere to be found, and support hasn’t responded in over a week. I give up. Total waste of money.

    Please note that the Cost Calculator Builder is designed to work efficiently without significantly affecting website performance. However, factors like server configuration, the number of elements/calculators on a page, or conflicts with third-party plugins can contribute to slowness.

    It depends on multiple factors in general, complex calculations can impact speed. Here are some tips to further enhance the user experience:

    1. Smoother Loading: Enable the pre-loader for a seamless transition. Under calculator > Appearance > left sidebar > click on Customize theme button > scroll down > enable preloader.
    2. Enable themes preloader.
    3. User Guidance: Add explanatory text above the calculator – (e.g., Due to the complex calculations involved, the calculator may take a moment to load initially, but it will provide powerful results.)
    4. Transparent Communication (Optional): Consider an HTML element outside the calculator informing users about its size and loading time of the calculator.
    5. Cache Optimization (Optional): Explore optimizing cache plugins for better performance.

    License Key Issue:
    Your license key should be available in your StylemixThemes account where you purchased the PRO version. Once you retrieve it, you can activate it via Cost Calculator → License as shown in our documentation here.
