    Even though i got the pro paid version of this plugin and support says that they will reply within 24-48h…it has been just 5 days since nobody replied.

    The posts are deleted automatically when new ones are imported and nobody seems to bother to reply to tickets. I will request a refund for this!

    I’m sorry, @nathb. As I’ve explained in reply to your review and emails, we had an issue with the contact form that we only noticed today. I have now replied to your questions via email so we’ll continue the discussion there since it’s related to the premium add-ons.
