# Non-functional software. No quality tech support.

 * Dropped this down to a one.
 * After a month of not getting quality customer support, I’m giving up. They made
   no obvious attempts to try. They merely jump onto the forum chat every 3-7 days
   with a short obtuse note that demonstrates a lack of reading comprehension.
 * I even started a “ticket” with their support team…which does precisely nothing.
   I even mentioned I’d be willing to pay to the subscription service. That failed
   to elicit any motivation in their team. Sad.
 * I did motivate the lead developer to take a moment to type out a clap-back on
   this review, but he was not motivated enough to respond to my help ticket.
 * Conspicuously, they give zero ‘cares’ whether or not my website is up and running.
   My deadline. Or me, as a potential customer.
 * Iser isn’t serious about this. Not even close.
