 * First, let me say that we do our best to provide you this free plugin and free
   support, next to working as a busy design and development agency here in austria
   🙂 In order for us to keep development and support running, please provide us
   with some important information when you open a ticket.
 * 1) Read the plugin description, FAQ and have a look at the screenshots
    2) Search
   in the support forum, if your problem has been discussed already
 * If we see support questions that are answered already or are described otherwise,
   it may be that you don’t get an answer or only a link to these resources…
 * 3) Provide a link to a screenshot of your settings and describe what you would
   like to achieve / what does not work as expected along with your posting
