# Support thread resolved returns wrong for one plugin

 * We had created dashboards for our team to see all support threads at one place
   until it get not resolved using this api – [http://api.wordpress.org/plugins/info/1.0/](http://api.wordpress.org/plugins/info/1.0/)
   with 2 filters – plugins_api_args, plugins_api and all results are accurate and
   correct for all of our 17 plugins expect this [https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-checkout-offers-lite](https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-checkout-offers-lite).
 * This plugin have one support thread which was also resolved but no idea why in
   api we are getting that one supprt thread still there with unresolved status.
 * Can any one help where we are doing wrong actually ?
