 * I patrol this forum every few days, at least, so I would expect a reply anywhere
   from almost immediately (if I happen to be in the forum when you are) or up to
   3 days.
 * If you’ve purchased the plugin, we provide one on one support outside of these
   forums (available via e-mailing [hello@goldplugins.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/support-timeframe/hello@goldplugins.com?output_format=md)).
   That is typically answered within the hour, during normal business hours, depending
   on volume.
