Support With: Image Alignment & Text Colour

Hello,

Like many, I am struggling with the new WordPress update and have two questions:

1. Would anyone be able to tell me how to change image dimensions and then centralise them using Gutenberg?

2. Using the new block system how do I change the colour of one word without everything in the paragraph turning that colour?
