 * We’ve used Supportcandy for 4-5 months now and must say it’s a solid plugin –
   it pretty much works out of the box and it’s fairly easy and intuitive to use
   and train (12 people). We’ve had a few minor issues which were quickly resolved
   by good support staff (only thing is that if you have an emergency it may take
   12-24 hours for email response). I would say that it’s quite configurable – we
   use it with Gravity Forms, WP Mail SMTP – it’s all easy to integrate. The email
   configuration is always tricky with these hi-email-usage systems, but SC has 
   done a good job making it less painful. It has all the bells and whistles for
   notifications and reminders, and other custom needs that RMA systems needs.
 * Overall, very happy with SC as an RMA system, one of the best plugins we’ve installed,
   especially for its functional complexity and configurability.
