# [supportcandy] Shortcode not displaying

 * Hello,
 *  I have just installed WordPress version 5.1–en_CA and plugin SupportCandy Version
   1.1.5. I followed the installation instructions from [https://supportcandy.net/knowledgebase/installation-page-setup/](https://supportcandy.net/knowledgebase/installation-page-setup/)
   and if you visit the link to my page you will see the title Support with a blank
   box.
 *  I am unsure if there is something else I will need to activate for plugin shortcodes
   to work or if the paragrapgh block being used is correct.
 *  Any help is greatly appreciated.

 * I have fixed the issue by upgrading my PHP version to 7.2.7, I was previously
   using PHP 5.6.
 * Looking forward to testing out this great plugin, thanks for anyone who was actively
   looking in to this issue.
