Surprised and Amazed

I have the free version for now, and I asked for help this week.
I NEVER thought that could be the BEST support service I ever had from a free service.
Probably they don’t sleep, because when I sent an email, they always answered in a few minutes very polite and prompt to help, answering all my questions and describing what they were doing.
