Survey Ends on Random Question

When a survey is set to Question Order = Random, and the survey only displays one question per page, the survey randomly ends. I thought it might be related to the survey auto-advancing to the last question in the set, but this occurs on random questions. See screenshots below that show the survey ending after completing 2 questions and 26 questions. The user cannot finish the survey in either of these examples.

Note: this only occurs if Question Order = Random. When Question Order = Original, this issue does not occur.

Progress bar type: Answered questions or Answered required questions (both fail)
