SVN error

Hello,
I’m a plugin developer, and yesterday i submitted a new plugin and got approved.

i’m following the tutorial here: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/about/svn/

but when i want commit and upload the files i get this error:

svn: E155007: ‘C:\Users\Dor Zuberi\Web Projects\wp.Socialist\trunk’ is not a working copy

this is my svn repository url:
