# Sweep link missing

 * Hi there,
    The “sweep” link is not available anymore under the “tools” menu since
   I updated to version 1.1.2 this morning. Has it shifted to another location? 
   By the way, thanks for this very great and useful plugin. ASR Martins

 * I have changed the permission to `update_plugins` from the feedback of [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/can-you-make-this-multisite-safe/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/can-you-make-this-multisite-safe/)
   to make it MS safe.

 * Hi there,
    The thing is I am not in an MS environment. I am the site Administrator
   of a single site (the highest authority) and there is not a Super Admin. So this
   change will make this plugin unusable for me. I need to be able to click on the“
   sweep” link.

 * Weird, I am on a single site as well and it appears for me.
 * Take a look here [https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/#update_plugins](https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/#update_plugins),`
   update_plugins` is there for `Administrator` role. So I am not sure why is it
   not appearing for you.
 * A wild guess is probably your host disable it? or somehow your role is missing
   that permission? You can use [https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/)
   to check whether you have the permission to your role.

 * Thanks, in the meantime I am going to roll back to the previous version and wait
   and see if other websites have the same problem. If not then I will investigate
   further. I am busy with an important project and I cannot do so now.

 * Sure no worries, three of my single sites work without issues. Let’s see if there
   are any complaints to further debug the issue.
