    Hi @ladyfirst2010,

    I tried to replicate the scenario in my local environment, but I wasn’t successful. I believe there’s a conflict due to some plugin. Try deactivating the plugin one by one until the issue is resolved. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    Secondly, I see that you are using child theme, please make sure everything is up to par with child theme.
