# switching from wordpress.com to wordpress.org question

 * Hello,
    I started a website using wordpress.com (wp.com) and am now trying to
   switch over to wp.org. I have had the wp.com site for 1 day, so needless to say
   I don’t have any information or images to transfer, I just want to make sure 
   that when I go to my admin page it is for the .org site. I am using BH as a hosting
   site and have just now redirected my domain name to BH instead of wp.com. However,
   since I apparently don’t have to use MAMP on my mac to install wp, I don’t understand
   how to download wp.org anymore? How do I access the wp.org dashboard because 
   whenever I go to [http://www.perpetualflow.com/wp-admin/](http://www.perpetualflow.com/wp-admin/)
   I am routed to the wp.com site. I hope this is understandable and please let 
   me know what else I can provide to make troubleshooting this easier. Thank you
   in advance.

 * You need to install WP on Bluehost – see:
 * [https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/wp_install](https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/wp_install)
 * Then after that DNS change has propagated, you’ll be able to login.
 * In the meantime, BH can likely give you a way to access the site with a temporary
   domain name.
