Sydney Elementor Tools Drag Problem

    Hi everyone, I’m battling to drag and drop items from the Elementor Menu on the left to the main page, none of the tools can be dragged, eg, I can’t drag the Image Tool so I can place a new image. Not sure what I’m doing wrong!

    Hello,

    I am not sure what exactly is your drag and drop issue. Can you please provide some explanatory screenshots?

    You can upload screenshots to your WordPress Media Library and share a link, or you can use one of the online services (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).

    Hello, thank you for the screenshot.

    Did you try to use the red plus icon to add a widget instead of dragging it?

    When I click on the red plus, a list of columns appear, then when I click on one, a new area below gets created , then when I choose one icon from the left menu to drag to the newly created area nothing happens

    Okay, did you try to activate a default theme (Twenty Twenty, for example)?

    Okay, in this case you can try to contact the Elementor plugin support and see what they say.

    Ok I think I managed, sort of….. This problem seems to only happening when I use Edge, Chrome works, weird!
