  • Hi Karina,

    Please try these steps:

    * Access your site’s folder over FTP client program;
    * Go to root_folder/wp-content/plugins directory;
    * Delete prmanently the sydney-toolbox folder;
    * Login to your site’s admin area (/wp-admin);
    * Update the Sydey theme
    * Instal and activate the Sydney Toolbox from plugin installer’s search menu (Dashboard > Plugins > Add New).

    Thanks Kharis! Will I lose the changes I have made with the ccs code?

    Kind Regards
    Karina

    If you have your CSS code in the main theme’s stylesheet, you have to make a backup for it. After you finish doing the instructions above, then you can add the code to Additional CSS under the Appearance > Customize menu.
