# Sync button

 * When I make a translation, then it is shown on the site, this means that the .
   po file has been updated.
   So I’m wondering what’s the use of pressing the Sync
   button.

 * The purpose of sync is to merge the available source strings into existing translations.
   Think of it as a pull, rather than a push. (new strings added, old ones removed,

 * Well, I thought I have to click it every now and then.
   When new plugin translations
   show up I click Sync my custom .po.
