# Sync content doesn’twork

 * Hello,
 * I have a WordPress website under the latest wordpress version. It turn under 
   PHP 7.3.
    I have installed Elasticpress and create a triel Elasticsearch account
   on [https://cloud.elastic.co/](https://cloud.elastic.co/) I have copied my Elasticsearch
   Endpoint inside Elasticpress host url and save configuration. After that when
   I go to “Index Health” I could see the page but under a white overlay. When I
   clicked anywhere on this page, there is nothing work.
