Sync Data FAILED – Invalid or duplicate SKU

    It worked correctly until a few weeks ago. To modify any product information to woocommerce. Currently it does not allow updating information. By pressing the button (Sync Data) a new product is uploaded to the page and if a SKU is already found on the page, it does not update data on it.
    It’s a headache because I have many products where prices vary from month to month. And I don’t want to delete all the products to have to upload everything again. If only prices need to be changed.

    I have sent messages everywhere to you and it has been months since you have sent me answers on how to solve it. I have seen in different places that we are many customers with this problem. Products not syncing, when price is changed in Google Sheets, when syncing it tries to create a new product with a new id with the same name. If the product has a SKU, it throws an error that the product is a duplicate. But a few months ago it stopped syncing price changes or product information from google sheets. It is a headache since at the moment I have to delete many products daily and then re-upload all the products again because your plugins are not updating prices or information on products already uploaded in woocommerce.

    Hi,

    thanks for sharing all details in email, and as we looked we found the issue:

    You have attached an older version of the Google Sheet Demo Template, we have removed your Google sheet and clone a new from template given inside the plugin. And try to sync/fetch everything works fine.

    Second thing I noticed that some formatting were applied on headers rows, please do not apply formatting on headers and header names should be accorrding to the docs.

    So now you can unlink my sheet and connect your new sheet by cloning from the template and hope everything will be fine.
