 * Do you get an error message when you try and connect the Facebook for WooCommerce
   plugin to Facebook? If so, what does it say?
 * Or do you mean you’re able to connect the plugin fine, but you don’t see your
   products in the Facebook Catalogue?

 * Hi thanks for answering, it is correct, the plugin connects well but I synchronize
   the products to a certain extent, the new products are not synchronized, and 
   therefore I cannot see them in the facebook or instagram store
