There is no resync or debug option. The list is 0/4000+ for syncs. I was able to take a look over things, and it appears that there are some upgrades needed before we’ll expect the plugin to sync properly. * First, the plugin requires at least MySQL version 5.6 or greater. I would recommend upgrading from 5.5.5. For reference, here are the server requirements set by WooCommerce: [https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/) * Next, it appears the site is running version 2.6.1 of the WooCommerce plugin. The MailChimp for WooCommerce plugin is not designed for older versions of WooCommerce, and it’s recommended to be on the latest version of both plugins in order for things to sync properly.
