# Sync issue

 * I have a zoom account with 4 users. eRoom detects all users but when I sync meetings
   I only get meetings for the main user. Is this normal? Any way to sync all users
   meetings?

 * Thank you for reaching out!
 * To do this Administrator needs to add the users in their Zoom account as a host,
   and it will be controlled through Zoom itself.
 * These users will be added as Hosts, which means that they will be able to host
   and create their own meetings.
 * Please note that you can add users in accordance with the Zoom Plans, so they
   will be active for the chosen plan. More information about Zoom pricing plans
