# Sync issue

 * Hi Guys,
 * I am using Mailchimp for a while and just started to use your plugin. For some
   reason the eCommerce part does not work – I can’t see any orders made by clicking
   on the newsletters.
 * I am 100% sure that customers / orders comes from the newsletter as I use it 
   on another site and we make thousands each time…
 * Something is not syncing but not sure why as I double checked everything on WP,
   Woo and MC too…

 * Thanks for your post. We can certainly help investigate why these orders aren’t
   syncing as expected. Would you mind providing some preliminary details just so
   we can get caught up to speed?
 * — Could you provide screenshots of the plugin’s settings for us?
    — What is the
   version of PHP being used on the site? — What are the other active plugins on
   the site? — What theme is being used on the site? — Where in WooCommerce or in
   MailChimp did you identify specifically that syncing was not behaving as expected?

 * I use your plugin on other 3 sites in similar environment and it does work fine.
   I know the approx. visitors come from the newsletter and see the increased amount
   of purchases after sending a newsletter (as well as see the statistics in Google
   Analitics) so I am 100% sure that we get purchases through the Mailchimp newsletters,
   but for some reason Mailchimp doesn’t see and / doesn’t collect any data.

    – using 2017 WP theme, disabling all plugins (except yours),
   resync-ing the data but nothing worked 🙁

 * Thanks for getting back to us with all of those details, really helps to narrow
   our efforts here.
 * I’m seeing that the most recent resync operation happened on the 23rd. Would 
   you mind trying that sync process out again by moving to the Settings page > 
   Sync tab and hitting the resync button found there?
 * You mentioned in your reply that similar environments/stores are working as expected
   with the plugin. Were the same plugins and plugin versions being used on those
   additional sites? I’d like to see if we can narrow down the differences to see
   what may be going on here with a different plugin or process causing issues with
   that checkout passing over.

 * I have hit the resync button 3 day ago, but since then nothing happened apart
   from the resync button disappeared…

 * Sorry to hear things aren’t quite lining up with expectations here.
 * Since you’re seeing some difficulty with that syncing operation completing successfully
   it would be best to reach out directly to MailChimp support for some further 
   help looking in on what’s being passed over to the app through the API. They 
   have tools available to them that we’re unfortunately not privy to here on the
   forums. That will allow them to gather some additional details on what is occurring
   during that syncing process.
 * That support team can be contacted through the Knowledge Base after signing into
   your account or in the help menu in the MailChimp app after searching for any
