# Sync Problem

 * Hallo,
    erstmal ein riesengroßes Dankeschön für dein Plugin und deinen tollen
   support dafür. Ich bin alle Beiträge durchgegangen, jedoch konnte ich keine Lösung
   für mein Problem finden. Deswegen möchte ich dich folgendes fragen:
 * Jedes mal, wenn ich den Cache neu erstelle und die Artikel vom Spreadshop synchronisieren
   will, führt das Plugin die Synchronisation nur mit 16 Artikeln durch. Ich habe
   beispielsweise ca. 40 Produkte auf dem Spreadshop aktiviert. Woran könnte das
   liegen?
 * Beim Erstellen des neuen Cache steht:
 * Rebuilding Page 1 of 1…
 * Rebuilding Item 1 of 16 (reh – Turnbeutel) … Done
    Rebuilding Item 2 of 16 (reh–
   Männer Premium Hoodie) … Done … Rebuilding Item 15 of 16 (Dog – Männer Polycotton

   Done Successfully stored page 1

 * Gute Frage, also wenn ich die Shop-Datei mit den Produkten so abrufe, ohne das
   Spreadplugin, dann bekomme ich auch nur 16 Produkte. Auch wenn ich deinen Shop
   direkt aufrufe `https://shop.spreadshirt.de/stmnt/` bekomme ich aktuell ebenso
   nur 16 Produkte angezeigt, von daher sieht alles richtig aus.
 * Bist du dir mit den 40 sicher? Vielleicht hängt das bei Spreadshirt noch?
