# Sync to WordPress

 * So i have everything set up … all the verifications work, even the Test Authorization
   goes through. When i go and use the “Sync to WordPress” its saying that it can’t
   find the SID for the User… its the same user i have used for all the other verifications
 * ERROR SID of user ‘xxx@xxx.local’ could not be retrieved. Is the base DN correct?
   Does the userPrincipalName ‘xxx@xxx.local’ exist and not only its sAMAccountName?’
   [
   STATUS] Sync to WordPress failed.
 * This haas to be a simple fix…

 * most likely your base dn is not configured properly. NADI can not find the specific
   user and therefore can not determine if the user belongs to this Active Directory.
