# Sync WP data to FLuent

 * I was able to sync the wp user data via a db query to update the fluent contact
   data via a simple update via a join from the fluent subscriber table on the usermeta
   table.
 * Is this an acceptable way of syncing the data?

 * Can you please share a bit more details regarding the issue that you are facing?
   If you can create a short video then that would be helpful for us to understand
   the problem more clearly. We have tested the sync on our end and it seems to 
   work fine.

 * I had found that the only thing that syncs is the Name and Email. Any custom 
   fields will not sync over. Also any automation based on wp user role does not
   work as well. I had to make memberpress fire a webhook that then used your api
   to change tags and update user information.

 * What was the resolution to this? Getting the same issue. Will not sync new users
   to Fluent CRM on registration. Have enabled the sync in the Fluent CRM options.

 * Same issue here. Getting FluentCRM to sync contacts to WP Users does not appear
   to work.

 * Then.. i had a database procedure update the flutecrm information based off the
   wp user info. It wasnt an easy.

    I managed to get my fluentcrm contacts over using FusionWP
   Lite.
