Sync’d Inventory shows zero (0) quantity

I’ve deleted and reinstalled the plugin and even created a new catalog on Facebook but when the items sync, they show zero (0) quantity and it also lists all items as on sale (This item is on sale is checkmarked).

Can you please enable Logging on Facebook? From Marketing > Facebook> Enable debug mode.

Once that is done, can you create a new product with inventory greater than 0 and force a new sync from Marketing > Facebook> Product Sync?

Let us know if the new test product shows the correct inventory quantity.

I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.
