    I was told that there has been a synchronization issue between my site and MyPopUps, and to create a post in this thread for additional support.

    Please let me know what can be done to fix this issue!

    Hi @jjackcurtt

    The issue was that when you signed up within the plugin you was on domain without www. prefix.

    I adjusted the domain to non-www version and it get published without issues 🙂

    Please head up to the plugin settings and toggle the pop-up, disable -> enable.
    It will make it visible on your page.

    I also adjusted display rules for mentioned page, “exactly matches” requires protocol as well i.e. https or http. I changed it to “ends with” which should work fine for your case.
