 * downloaded yesterday and my store has been syncing for 24 hours and not complete
   and not seeing much data besides products and stock count. how long does this
   take? also I see it has also only grabbed the last 3 days worth of orders. my
   store has 500k + orders….also is there no private support system?

 * Hi,
 * thanks for reaching out – as we discussed by mail, there was a time-out issue
   with the synchronisation, but with the new release this has been resolved.
 * With regards to your first question – we are also releasing a new feature this
   week ‘Invite Your Team’ where you can have up to 3 private logins. We’re right
   now testing the functionality, if all goes well this will be released this week,
   latest next week.
