# Syncing Issue

 * Hey, i’m trying to install the plugin, but recieve this error when clicking the
   install button:
 * An error occurred trying to configure your site. Make sure the Disqus plugin 
   is installed and activated, and that your site is publicly accessible.
 * The website is public, and the plugin is installed and activated. not sure what
   i can do to make it work…
 * thnks!
