Syncing issue – changes to sync and hide even after saving as sync and show

For a few years when I import product into the site usually via WP Import using spreadsheets, the default setting for Facebook was ‘sync and show product’. Now for some reason when I import over the last couple of months it is defaulting to ‘sync and hide’. We’ve never been able to establish why.

This has meant manually going into each product and amending to the appropriate setting – a long progress – I tend to be adding 100 plus products at a time.

Since yesterday things have got worse in that I’d say the vast proportion of those I try and change and update still revert to ‘sync and hide’ after updating so I now have no way of getting these seen on ‘shopping’ which is one of my main routes to market
