 * Probably unbalanced curly quotes determined at line 8 of your PHP code used between
   the [insert_php] and [/insert_php] tags. More info about dealing with Insert 
   PHP error messages here:

 * For elusive errors, try putting the same code within <?php and ?> tags instead
   of [insert_php] and [/insert_php]. Then run it as a stand-alone web page. The
   error messages may then be more helpful.
