 * the following error is displayed when I visit my site or when i try to login 
   to wordpress.
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘?’ in /home3/projectx/public_html/wp-content/
   themes/raindrops/functions.php on line 1
 * my website is pinellasbusinessdirectory.com and I cannot even log in to wordpress!
   Someone please help me fix this.
