 * I can’t view my site or access it.
    I’m getting syntax error with the option.
   php file.
 * Please can someone let me know how to fix this?

    Yes I managed to fix it eventually.
 * Just to add in case anyone has the same issue – a full manual update solved the
   issue for me. Not sure what caused it.
