I’ve tried reinstalling the theme, but I get a blank page with that text everytime.
Can you provide a bit more info about what you mean by blank page?
I just installed the theme on a fresh install and it’s fine. There are no errors.
Perhaps delete the theme, switch to the default, deactivate all plugins and then re-install a fresh version of the theme?
I looked at Carolines template-tags.php file and couldn’t see anything out of the ordinary in there.
When you are installing, are you doing so via the admin or FTP? Via the admin is much safer.

As you already figure it out, i’m new to coding and programing, and I accidently deleted some of the code in template.tags. And now I can’t even log in anymore?

I would just go and grab a new copy of the theme and re-upload that file in the inc folder.
Make sure that you always keep a back up just in case. 🙂
