was posted 2 months ago! So far, the advice given there doesn’t work – all get the same error no matter what. The issue is BIG!!! You can’t make correct orders or it looks that way for the customer so they keep making duplicate orders all the time. We’re loosing customers, trust and money. This is a DISASTER!

Seriously, 2 months and no update and no solution to this! Look on your own support page comments, there are plenty of frustrated people, because of this bug:
    http://www.woothemes.com/2015/08/woocommerce-2-4-release/

Woocommerce failed BIG TIME! It’s not a occasional error but it shows ALL THE TIME no matter what payment option is chosen (it has nothing to do with paypal, or number of variations, at least in my case). So far none of proposed solutions work.

Because ordering – the most important fucntion in e-shop – won’t work correctly THE WHOLE WOOCMOMERCE IS BROKEN and woo is silent about it…

Please, fix it or you force us to migrate to another e-commerce solution. It’s not an easy task so we’re not in hurry to do that, given time and money we spent, but if something is broken and there is no feedback from woo team so we don’t see any solution in near future, we need alternatives to woocommerce.

Comments on woo pages misled me. It turned out to be the fault of long not updated payment gateway plugin (multiple payment gateways) which is not compatible with latest woocommerce.

I had to disable one of shipment options (for which I needed the extra plugin), turn off my main payment gateway (which caused trouble), turn on woocommerce default one and now it’s all ok.

However I’m still surprised by the wootheme stuff small reaction – they left us stranded and not informed clearly (here or on their own site!) what is causing the problem. Their official response is idiocy that fixes and explains nothing. Bad customer support 🙁

I very much agree! Woothemes has absolved itself of responsibility to its supporters. We had a thriving store riddled with syntax token errors.

Woothemes as well as their parent company Automattic have shown no urgency and simply glossed over a serious issue. Shame on you woothemes for such as disasterous update that left many of us in limbo. What a horrible scar on their reputation that is.
